CON AERO TECH: J.P. Morgan Securities Issues Derivatives on 3.26 Million Shares Amid Proposed Delisting

Continental Aerospace Technologies Holding Limited (CON AERO TECH) disclosed that J.P. Morgan Securities PLC, identified as a Class (5) associate of the offeror in the company’s proposed delisting, entered into three derivative transactions on 13 August 2026.

The investment bank issued derivatives referencing a total of 3.26 million CON AERO TECH shares at a uniform reference price of USD 0.4556 per share. Aggregate consideration paid for the transactions amounted to USD 1.49 million.

• 500,000 shares were referenced in a derivative maturing on 20 July 2027, valued at USD 0.23 million. • 1.50 million shares were referenced in a second derivative with the same maturity date, valued at USD 0.68 million. • 1.26 million shares were referenced in a derivative maturing on 30 April 2029, valued at USD 0.57 million.

Following these dealings, J.P. Morgan Securities’ resultant balance in CON AERO TECH stood at 381.50 million shares. The firm confirmed that all trades were executed for its own account.
