These offshore debt holders will be bound by the restructuring support agreement as if they were original consenting creditors upon validly signing and submitting their respective accession letters and restricted notes notices.

Since the announcement, the company has received feedback from several noteholders indicating their support for the restructuring but requiring additional time to complete internal and accession procedures. The company hereby announces that it has immediately extended the deadline for the restructuring support agreement from 4:00 p.m. London time on December 5, 2025, to 4:00 p.m. London time on January 9, 2026 (the extended restructuring support agreement deadline).

Noteholders must submit duly executed accession letters and restricted notes notices to the restructuring support agreement by the extended deadline as one of the conditions for receiving the restructuring advisory fee (among other conditions further detailed in the announcement). All other terms and conditions of the restructuring support agreement and the irrevocable restructuring support invitation remain unchanged.

The company sincerely and continuously invites all noteholders to submit formally signed restructuring support agreement accession letters and restricted notes notices by the extended deadline to facilitate the restructuring in an efficient manner that aligns with the overall interests of offshore debt holders and the company.
