CHERVON (SEHK: 02285) has announced a change in its company secretarial appointments. Ms. Li Shaojuan has resigned from her position as a joint company secretary of the company due to adjustments in her work arrangements. Concurrently, Ms. Ma Haiqi has been appointed as a joint company secretary, with the appointment taking effect from June 26, 2026.
Following these changes, Mr. Hu Yi'an will continue to serve as the other joint company secretary.
