RIBOLIFE-B Spends HK$3.83 Million to Repurchase 79,000 H Shares, Treasury Stock Climbs to 0.49 Million

Suzhou Ribo Life Science Co., Ltd. (RIBOLIFE-B; HKEX: 06938) disclosed a share buyback executed on 17 July 2026. The company repurchased 79,000 H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HK$45.88 to HK$50.55 per share, for a total consideration of HK$3.83 million. The volume-weighted average repurchase price was approximately HK$48.52 per share.

Following the transaction, shares held as treasury stock increased from 0.41 million to 0.49 million, while the number of issued shares excluding treasury stock fell by 0.0464% to 170.06 million. The total issued share count remains unchanged at 170.55 million.

The purchase forms part of the repurchase mandate approved on 5 June 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 17.06 million shares. Cumulative buybacks under this mandate now total 0.49 million shares, representing 0.29% of the issued share base as at the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, RIBOLIFE-B is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 16 August 2026.
