On the news front, on June 24, the company announced the formal signing of a sales contract for unmanned logistics vehicles with an independent third-party enterprise in Henan Province. The agreement involves the procurement of 500 unmanned logistics vehicles, accompanied by autonomous driving technology services. The delivered vehicles will primarily be deployed in scenarios such as campus logistics, supermarkets, and last-mile delivery, promoting the adoption and popularization of autonomous driving technology in Henan's smart logistics sector.
Securing this bulk order for 500 vehicles represents a significant milestone in the company's nationwide deployment strategy for its autonomous vehicles. Currently, the company's "Xiaozhu" unmanned vehicles have already been deployed across several cities in Henan, including Jiyuan, Luoyang, Anyang, and Xinyang.
In Jiyuan, the first-generation model, Xiaozhu T5, has been implemented in real commercial applications like urban distribution and fresh produce delivery. It is creating value for local customers through regular operations, aiding the region's traditional logistics industry in its intelligent upgrade and transformation.
In Luoyang, the new model Xiaozhu T5 Pro, utilizing its "true mapless" technology, demonstrated stable and smooth performance in complex road conditions in a promotional video documenting the company's expansion across China.
