According to the prospectus, Hla Group Corp.,Ltd. distinguishes itself through a diversified brand portfolio, an extensive supply chain network, and strong channel integration capabilities. Frost & Sullivan data ranks the company as China's fourth-largest apparel group by revenue in 2024.
As of June 30, 2025, the company operates a global retail network of over 7,200 stores, including 5,631 Hla Group Corp.,Ltd. outlets across all 31 Chinese provincial-level regions. This network covers nearly all prefecture-level cities, forming the most extensive offline presence among Chinese menswear brands.
The company's global sales network comprises 5,723 stores, including 92 overseas locations. Beyond menswear, its proprietary brands include the premium women's fashion label OVV and the high-end children's wear brand Yeehoo, catering to diverse customer preferences and personalized expressions.
