The Jiangsu Power Exchange Center recently officially issued the 2027 Jiangsu Power Retail Market Trading Work Guidelines, which explicitly removes requirements such as the fixed-price electricity volume proportion, the spot market price-linked electricity volume proportion, and the proportional sharing method, focusing on promoting the transmission of electricity energy prices to wholesale market prices.

The new retail package electricity energy price formula is: retail package electricity energy price = wholesale market price + floating price + K sharing x monthly sharing price.
