Datang Renew completes RMB1.00 billion 120-day ultra-short-term debenture issuance

China Datang Corporation Renewable Power Co., Limited (Datang Renew) finalised the issuance of its 2026 fourth tranche of ultra-short-term debentures on 14 July 2026.

Key terms • Issue size: RMB1.00 billion • Tenor: 120 days, maturing on 12 November 2026 • Coupon: fixed at 1.36% per annum, with interest accruing from 15 July 2026 • Denomination: RMB100 per debenture

Distribution and use of proceeds The debentures were publicly placed in China’s inter-bank bond market via centralized book-building, with Shanghai Pudong Development Bank acting as lead underwriter and bookrunner, and Bank of Jiangsu as joint lead underwriter. Net proceeds are designated for repayment of existing interest-bearing debt and general working-capital needs in compliance with relevant regulations.
