INKEVERSE Shareholder Transfers Shares from CICC Hong Kong Securities to Morgan Stanley Hong Kong Securities

On April 23, a shareholder of INKEVERSE (03700) transferred shares from China International Capital Corporation (CICC) Hong Kong Securities to Morgan Stanley Hong Kong Securities. The value of the transferred shares was HKD 196 million, representing 15.07% of the holdings. Separately, INKEVERSE recently released its annual results for the period ending December 31, 2025. The group reported revenue of HKD 5.126 billion, a decrease of 25.2% year-on-year. Adjusted net profit was HKD 292 million, an increase of 24.5% compared to the previous year. Profit attributable to the company's owners was HKD 241 million, up 33.8% year-on-year. Earnings per share were HKD 0.13.
