Bitfire Group Holdings Limited reported no changes to its share structure for the month ended 31 May 2026, according to the company’s latest submission to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.

Authorised and Issued Share Capital • Authorised share capital remained at 900.00 million ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.001, representing HKD 0.90 million in nominal capital. • Issued shares were unchanged at 752.95 million, and the company continued to hold zero treasury shares. • The public-float level satisfied the Main Board’s minimum 25% requirement.

Share-Based Incentive Schemes • No share options were exercised during the month; consequently, no new shares were issued and no funds were raised. • Outstanding share options totalled 40.21 million, distributed across four grants with exercise prices ranging from HKD 1.60 to HKD 4.64 per share: – 12.98 million options granted on 16 Oct 2023 at HKD 1.89 – 0.41 million options granted on 22 Aug 2024 at HKD 1.99 – 8.02 million options granted on 22 Apr 2025 at HKD 1.60 – 18.80 million options granted on 22 Oct 2025 at HKD 4.64
