The National Development and Reform Commission announced on July 31 that the domestic refined oil price adjustment window will open at 24:00 today. According to monitoring by the NDRC Price Monitoring Center, during this round of the refined oil price adjustment cycle (from 24:00 on July 17 to 24:00 on July 31), international oil prices generally showed more gains than losses, with periodic fluctuations driven by factors such as repeated military conflicts between the United States and Iran. The average price for this cycle was significantly higher than the previous one.
Starting from 24:00 on July 31, the retail price caps for domestic gasoline and diesel will be increased by 685 yuan and 655 yuan per ton, respectively. On a national average basis, 92-octane gasoline, 95-octane gasoline, and 0-octane diesel will rise by 0.54 yuan, 0.57 yuan, and 0.56 yuan per liter, respectively. Here's a calculation: refueling a standard 50-liter tank of 92-octane gasoline in one go will cost an additional 27 yuan.
