CGN Mining Releases 2025 Annual Report Online and Details Updated E-Communication Options for Shareholders

CGN Mining Company Limited has confirmed that its 2025 Annual Report, prepared in both English and Chinese, is now available on the company’s website (www.cgnmc.com) and on the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders may opt to receive an email alert when future “Specific Corporate Communications” are published online by submitting an email address to the company via Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited (HKSCC). In the absence of a valid email address, printed notification letters will continue to be dispatched by post to the address on record with HKSCC.

Shareholders can request hard copies of any corporate communication at any time by contacting the Hong Kong share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, either in writing (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) or by email (1164-ecom@vistra.com). If shareholders experience difficulties accessing documents online, printed versions will be provided free of charge upon request.

Any prior written request for printed communications remains valid for one year from the registrar’s receipt date unless earlier revoked or superseded, after which a new request is required.

Enquiries should be directed to Tricor Investor Services Limited on +852 2980 1333 during business hours (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays).

The notification, signed by Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer Qiu Bin, was issued under the authority of the board on 27 April 2026.
