CITIC SEC (06030) Proposes Adding Wu Yonggao as Non-Executive Director Candidate

CITIC SEC (06030) announced that its board of directors, during the 43rd meeting of the eighth board held on February 2, 2026, passed a resolution to propose adding Mr. Wu Yonggao as a candidate for non-executive director of the company's eighth board of directors. Mr. Wu Yonggao's appointment will officially take effect upon approval by the company's shareholders meeting.

Concurrently, during the same meeting, the board of directors also resolved to appoint Mr. Wu Yonggao as a member of the Board's Development Strategy and ESG Committee and as a member of the Board's Risk Management Committee. These appointments will become effective from the date he formally assumes the role of non-executive director of the company.
