160 Health (02656) rose more than 17% during intraday trading. As of press time, the stock was up 13.74%, trading at HK$3.27, with a turnover of HK$86.0441 million.
On the evening of October 13, 160 Health issued an announcement disclosing that its indirectly wholly owned subsidiary Shenzhen 160 Network Technology Co., Ltd. had officially signed its first sales contract with a national-level high-tech enterprise focused on the field of enterprise-level computing infrastructure, with a contract amount of approximately RMB 42 million.
This announcement came less than a month after the two parties signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement on September 16 with an estimated total amount of approximately RMB 650 million.
The board of directors believes that the signing of the first sales contract marks the group's transition with its partner from a framework cooperation intention to the stage of actual business implementation and execution, and the estimated cooperation scale of approximately RMB 650 million mentioned in the strategic cooperation announcement is gradually entering the realization stage.
The group will maintain ongoing communication with its partner, advance in an orderly manner the alignment of potential follow-up business, and promote the further implementation of the estimated cooperation scale.
