Easyhold Group Holdings Limited (Easyhold Group) has postponed the release of its circular for a planned rights issue, extending the despatch deadline to on or before 30 September 2026.
The rights issue—structured on a non-underwritten basis—will offer shareholders one new rights share for every existing share held on the as-yet-unannounced record date. The circular, initially scheduled for delivery by 14 September 2026, will include detailed terms of the offering, recommendations from the Independent Board Committee, an Independent Financial Advisor’s opinion, and the notice of the extraordinary general meeting (EGM).
Management cited the need for additional time to finalise the circular’s contents as the reason for the delay. Consequently, the previously published timetable for the rights issue is subject to revision; the company will release an updated schedule once available.
The board currently comprises Executive Directors Chu Pui Him and Leung Yin Cheuk, Non-Executive Director Fok Siu Keung, and Independent Non-Executive Directors Wong Che Sang, Zhao Ming, and Yin Shilu.
