5100 XIZANG has released an announcement regarding a change in its board composition.
The company stated that its independent non-executive director, Lu Weixiong, was not re-elected at the recent Annual General Meeting.
Consequently, following the conclusion of the AGM, Mr. Lu has stepped down from his roles. He is no longer an independent non-executive director, nor is he the Chairman of the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee. Additionally, he is no longer a member of the Remuneration Committee or the Risk Management Committee.
