XUNZHONG (ASX: 02597) has announced that Ms. Au Wing Sze has resigned from her positions as Company Secretary and as the Company's Authorised Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, effective June 23, 2026, due to other work commitments.
The Board of Directors has resolved to appoint Mr. Chan Choi Hung and Ms. Li Qiaoling as Joint Company Secretaries of the Company, with effect from June 23, 2026. The Board has also appointed Ms. Li Qiaoling as the Authorised Representative, effective from the same date.
