Livzon Pharma releases Interim Report 2026 online, details shareholder communication arrangements

Bulletin Express08-21

Livzon Pharmaceutical Group Inc. (Livzon Pharma) announced on 21 August 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its Interim Report 2026 have been uploaded to both the company’s website (www.livzon.com.cn) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board recommends shareholders review the electronic versions and notes the following key points:

• Distribution format: Registered shareholders who previously elected to receive printed materials will find a hard copy of the Interim Report 2026 enclosed with the notification. • Requesting printed copies: Shareholders experiencing difficulty with electronic access may obtain free hard copies of the current and future corporate communications by completing and returning the enclosed Request Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, via prepaid post or email (1513-ecom@vistra.com). • Email registration: Shareholders are responsible for providing and updating a valid email address. Without a functional address on file, shareholders will receive future notices and actionable corporate communications in printed form only. • Registrar and contact details: All correspondence should be directed to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Telephone enquiries can be made on (852) 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays).

The communication was issued under the authority of the board and signed by Company Secretary Liu Ning.
