GF SEC Bonds to Commence Trading on Shenzhen Exchange

GF SEC (SEHK: 01776) has issued a notice announcing the upcoming listing of its corporate bonds.

The company's 2026 bonds, issued to professional investors, have been approved for listing on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

The bonds, designated as the sixth issuance for the year 2026, are set to begin trading on July 16, 2026.

These securities will be available for trading exclusively among qualified institutional investors.

Permitted transaction methods will include matched trades, click trades, quote request trades, auction trades, and negotiated trades.

The first series, identified as "26 GF 12", has a total issuance value of 3.13 billion yuan and carries an annual coupon rate of 1.67%.

The second series, identified as "26 GF 13", has a total issuance value of 1.88 billion yuan with an annual coupon rate of 1.79%.

Both bond series have met all the necessary requirements for exchange listing as stipulated by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
