Hainan Airport Infrastructure Co.,Ltd. (600515.SH) announced that it has received the "Notice of Acceptance for Registration" (No. 2025-MTN1020) from the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors (NAFMII). The association has approved the company's registration for medium-term notes issuance.
The registered amount for this medium-term notes program is RMB 1 billion, with the quota valid for two years from the date of the notice. China Securities Co., Ltd. will serve as the lead underwriter for this issuance.
