HANS CNC (03200) has issued an announcement regarding the upcoming expiration of the second board of directors' term at Shenzhen Han's CNC Technology Co., Ltd. (the Company, together with its subsidiaries, the Group).

The Company held a board meeting on October 20, 2026, during which it approved the nomination of (i) Mr. Yang Zhaohui as a candidate for executive director of the third board of directors; (ii) Mr. Zhang Jianqun, Mr. Zhou Huiqiang, and Mr. Du Yonggang as candidates for non-executive directors of the third board of directors; and (iii) Mr. Wang Weishi, Ms. Li Weiwei, Dr. Xin Guosheng, and Ms. Xia Liya as candidates for independent non-executive directors of the third board of directors (collectively, the Director Candidates).
