Sina Finance's "Liquor Price Insider" is now live, putting the real market prices of well-known baijiu within reach. Data collected by Sina Finance's "Liquor Price Insider" over the past 24 hours shows that on October 23, the average terminal retail price of 12 major baijiu products saw two rise, seven fall, and three hold steady, with decliners continuing to dominate and their losses clearly outpacing the gainers, as the overall price board moved lower for a third consecutive day.
On the rising side, Feitian Moutai edged up 1 yuan to 1,789 yuan, ending a four-day losing streak with a modest rebound from a low base; Guojiao 1573 rose 1 yuan to 888 yuan, ticking higher after a flat session the previous day as its short-term decline temporarily eased.
On the falling side, Jingpin Moutai dropped 2 yuan to 2,458 yuan, extending a three-day slide as it continued to probe for a bottom; Wuliangye Puwu Eighth Generation fell 5 yuan to 789 yuan, bringing its four-day cumulative loss to 18 yuan and deepening its weakness after breaking below the 800 yuan mark; Wuliangye 1618 slipped 1 yuan to 829 yuan, its second straight modest pullback; Qinghua Fen 20 declined 3 yuan to 386 yuan, extending a three-day descent and sliding from the 400 yuan threshold over the past three sessions; Yanghe Dream of Blue M6+ dropped 2 yuan to 605 yuan, falling for a second consecutive day and breaking below its recent trend line; Gujinggong Gu 20 tumbled 9 yuan to 518 yuan, weakening sharply for a third straight day and wiping out all of its earlier rebound gains while slipping into negative territory; Qinghualang fell another 9 yuan to 690 yuan, with losses widening after the 700 yuan level gave way, making it one of the biggest decliners of the day.
On the flat side, Moutai 1935 held at 684 yuan, unchanged for a fourth consecutive day; Xijiu Junpin stayed at 632 yuan, shifting into sideways consolidation after two straight declines; Crystal Jiannanchun remained at 409 yuan, stabilizing temporarily after a series of pullbacks.
The total terminal retail price of the 12 major products continued to slide today, with seven products posting declines. Among them, Gujinggong Gu 20, Qinghualang, and Wuliangye Puwu Eighth Generation recorded the most notable drops, while only Feitian Moutai and Guojiao 1573 managed slight gains on the rising side, failing to reverse the overall weakness.
If one bottle of each of the 12 major products were packaged together for sale, the total price today would be 10,677 yuan, down another 29 yuan from yesterday, marking a third consecutive daily decline and the lowest level in nearly 37 days.
Daily data from "Liquor Price Insider" comes from roughly 200 collection points reasonably distributed across major regions nationwide, including but not limited to liquor companies' designated distributors, social distributors, e-commerce platforms, and retail outlets. The raw sampled data consists of actual transaction terminal retail prices handled at each point over the past 24 hours, striving to provide all sectors with objective, scientific, and fully traceable data on the market prices of major baijiu products.
With the official i-Moutai platform launching Feitian Moutai at 1,499 yuan per bottle for New Year's Day (raised to 1,539 yuan per bottle on March 31 and again to 1,639 yuan per bottle on July 18), and launching Jingpin Moutai at 2,299 yuan per bottle on January 9 (raised to 2,359 yuan per bottle on May 16), the magnetic influence of this new channel on the average terminal retail prices of both products is gradually becoming apparent.
The liquor prices published daily by "Liquor Price Insider" follow calculation rules weighted by actual transaction volumes, and we have incorporated quantifiable prices into the calculation of terminal retail prices for both liquor products. On important news in the baijiu industry, Guosen Securities and Orient Securities have both recently offered judgments on the future trajectory of baijiu stocks. Guosen believes that the market is currently in a gestation phase for a new domestic demand narrative, and that the fundamentals of the baijiu sector are expected to gradually stabilize in the second half of 2027, with the fourth quarter serving as an important window to observe the intensive implementation of relevant policies and their actual effects. In the short term, more evidence is still needed to confirm whether demand can improve markedly, and sector performance may be driven more by policy expectations, liquidity, and valuation switching; at the same time, the supply side of the industry is actively adjusting, with liquor companies' operating targets gradually aligning with channel carrying capacity, accumulating conditions for a medium-term recovery. Orient Securities believes that the baijiu industry remains in a bottoming phase of "destocking first, price stabilization later." Considering that next year's Spring Festival comes relatively early and the stockpiling window is short, channels are not expected to build large inventories for a "good start," and the decline in sell-through during the Spring Festival period may narrow somewhat, though overall pressure will persist. However, as channel inventories fall to low levels and wholesale prices gradually stabilize, the medium- to long-term allocation value of the baijiu sector is gradually emerging.
