According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on May 18, ESR Asset Management (Prosperity) Limited sold 91,000 shares of Prosperity REIT (00808) at an average price of HK$1.4701 per share, with a total transaction value of approximately HK$133,800. Following this disposal, ESR's shareholding in Prosperity REIT decreased to approximately 123 million shares, representing a 7.72% stake.
