Bank of Jiujiang (06190) announced that its board of directors has passed a resolution during a board meeting held on April 30, 2026, recommending the following appointments: Mr. Zhou Shixin and Mr. Xiao Jing have been nominated as executive directors of the eighth board of directors; Mr. Luo Feng, Mr. Shi Zhishan, Mr. Chen Wenjun, and Mr. Xu Zhixin have been nominated as non-executive directors of the eighth board of directors; Ms. Wang Wanqiu, Mr. Zhang Yonghong, Mr. Tian Li, and Mr. Guo Jiequn have been nominated as independent non-executive directors of the eighth board of directors.
Following the expiration of the seventh board's term, Mr. Yuan Delei, Ms. Zhou Miao, and Mr. Liu Yinan will no longer serve as directors of the bank or hold positions on related specialized committees. Specifically, Mr. Yuan Delei will step down as a director upon the approval of the resolution to elect the eighth board of directors at the annual general meeting. Ms. Zhou Miao will resign as a director once Mr. Chen Wenjun's director qualifications are approved by the national financial regulatory authorities. Mr. Liu Yinan will cease to serve as a director upon the approval of Mr. Xu Zhixin's director qualifications by the national financial regulatory authorities.
