Meinian Onehealth Healthcare Holdings Co., Ltd. (002044.SZ) has announced that its actual controller, Mr. Yu Rong, along with his concert parties, intends to reduce their shareholdings in the company through centralized bidding transactions.

The first concert party, Shanghai Tongyi Investment Management Co., Ltd. - Tongyi Taoli No. 3 Private Securities Investment Fund (referred to as "Tongyi No. 3"), holds 14.0695 million shares, accounting for 0.36% of the company's total share capital. The fund plans to sell all 14.0695 million shares it holds, representing 0.36% of the total share capital, within three months starting from 15 trading days after the announcement of this pre-disclosure notice.

The second concert party, Shanghai Tongyi Investment Management Co., Ltd. - Tongyi Taoli No. 12 Private Securities Investment Fund (referred to as "Tongyi No. 12"), holds 6.5966 million shares, representing 0.17% of the total share capital. Similarly, this fund intends to dispose of all its 6.5966 million shares, equivalent to 0.17% of the total share capital, within three months following the 15-trading-day period after the pre-disclosure announcement.

Both reduction plans are to be executed via centralized竞价 trading, with the combined reduction not exceeding 0.53% of the company's total issued shares.
