Deep News10-29

On October 29, China Vanke Co.,Ltd. (000002) held a brand launch event for its long-term rental apartment business, officially introducing a new independent product line called "CASA Jiashe" to the market. At the same time, the first store of this product line, located at Luohu Port in Shenzhen, opened fully leased, while the Tianjin Huayuan Olympic Sports store also reached full occupancy within one month of entering the market, reflecting the product's appeal in the northern rental housing market as well.

It is understood that the simultaneous launch in Shenzhen and Tianjin marks an important starting point for CASA Jiashe's nationwide expansion.

According to official announcements, CASA Jiashe targets rental groups in the career ascent phase who have requirements for living quality, offering LOFT and flat single rooms ranging from 34 to 67 square meters, with monthly rents from 4,400 to 7,600 yuan.

The product adheres to the concept of "service equality," featuring hardware configurations suited for long-term living such as systematic storage and extra-large writing desks, as well as a "light service" system including daily garbage clearance and monthly cleaning. It focuses on urban renters who are steadily advancing in their careers, pursuing living quality, and hoping for a stable service experience.

It is worth mentioning that CHINA VANKE (02202) long-term rental has partnered with Yunji Technology to introduce the latest generation of composite polymorphic robots into daily operations, further advancing apartment intelligence from the management side to the service side.
