The plan proposes advancing technological innovation for diversified hydrogen supply and multi-sector applications, conducting research and development of hydrogen metallurgy technologies such as hydrogen-rich blast furnace control and hydrogen-based direct reduction, accelerating the industrialization of key storage and transportation equipment including liquid hydrogen storage and transport, solid-state hydrogen storage and supply, and high-pressure tube bundle storage and transport, exploring models for recycling and reusing onboard hydrogen systems, cultivating innovation players in cutting-edge tracks such as high-temperature membrane fuel cells, solid oxide fuel cells, hydrogen gas turbines, and liquid hydrogen heavy trucks, and expanding the diversified high-end application industry chain for hydrogen energy.
