SMART FISH (HKEx: 00139) has announced that on July 24, 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary intends to sell a total of 31.78 million shares in CMBC CAPITAL to two buyers.
Specifically, the subsidiary will sell 19.78 million shares to Chen Jinfu and 12 million shares to Gao Tianhao. The total consideration for the transaction is set at HKD 95.347 million.
The group expects to record a loss of HKD 25.2 million from the disposal.
