Her resignation will take effect from March 24, 2026. The company has appointed Mr. Wei Qifang and Ms. Sun Jiaen as Joint Company Secretaries. Mr. Wei has also been appointed as the Authorized Representative, and Ms. Sun has been appointed as the Legal Process Agent. These appointments will become effective on March 24, 2026.
