Stock News05-27

ROBOSENSE (02498) announced its financial results for the first quarter of 2026. The group achieved revenue of approximately RMB 459 million, representing a year-on-year increase of 39.93%. Gross profit reached RMB 99.601 million, up 29.34% compared to the same period last year. The loss attributable to the company's owners narrowed by 35.51% to RMB 64.224 million.

During the quarter, the group's sales volumes for its LiDAR products were approximately 330,300 units for general applications, 144,800 units for ADAS applications, and 185,500 units for robotics and other uses. These figures represent year-on-year increases of 204.1%, 49.7%, and 1,458.8%, respectively. The company's backlog of ADAS orders exceeds 9 million units.

As of March 31, 2026, ROBOSENSE has secured mass production design-in orders for 177 vehicle models from 36 automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers. Among these, 69 models from 17 OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers have achieved Start of Production (SOP).

By April 15, 2026, cumulative deliveries of the company's all-solid-state digital LiDAR E-platform products (including E1 and E1R) surpassed 300,000 units, setting a new industry record. ROBOSENSE leads the Chinese LiDAR market in delivery scale, demonstrating that its fully self-developed SPAD-SoC chip technology has established a stable and reliable foundation for mass production and delivery capabilities.

In April 2026, ROBOSENSE launched its self-developed SPAD-SoC digital architecture platform named "Genesis," along with two breakthrough proprietary chips: • Phoenix: Features a single-chip, single-optical-path native integrated design, supporting 2,160 lines. It has passed AEC-Q100 automotive-grade certification and is qualified for mass production in vehicles. A 4-megapixel high-definition LiDAR solution based on the Phoenix chip has already secured a design-in from a leading automaker, with mass production and vehicle integration expected within 2026. • Peacock: This is the world's highest-resolution large-array SPAD-SoC chip and currently the industry's highest-specification array chip available for mass production, meeting VGA-grade 3D imaging standards. Products equipped with the Peacock chip have begun small-batch deliveries, with large-scale mass production anticipated to commence in the third quarter of this year.

These self-developed SPAD-SoC chips form a core technological moat for the company, underpinning its leading position in the LiDAR industry for the next decade.
