5月12日，港股半导体板块午后走高，中芯国际涨超5%，先思行涨4.8%，上海复旦涨超4%，华虹半导体涨近3%。
目前，中芯国际已经实现了14nm芯片的量产，通过N+1技术，已经能够自主生产7nm芯片。此外，最近，北京源银碳基集成电路研究所发布了碳基半导体的最新研究成果，我们已经突破了碳基半导体的生产瓶颈。随着碳基芯片研究的不断深入，或许中国芯片公司将会迎头赶上。
