Operational & Product Highlights • A fully digital “AI + solar-storage-charging” smart factory achieved 100% process digitalisation. • Product yield remained above 99%, and the SigenStack commercial energy-storage system passed an extreme fire-resilience test without thermal propagation. • The SigenCare intelligent service platform was launched, incorporating proactive maintenance, AI inspection and cloud repair functions.

Social Performance • Workforce totalled 1,597 employees, with R&D personnel accounting for roughly 40% and 56% holding a master’s degree or higher. • Average training hours reached 22 per employee; the training coverage rate was 95%. • No work-related fatalities were recorded for the third consecutive year.

Governance & Data Protection • A four-tier ESG governance framework—Board, Sustainability Management Committee, Working Group and functional departments—has been formalised. • Board diversity met internal targets: women and independent directors each constitute 37.5% of the eight-member board. • All major sites (headquarters, Lingang and Jinqiao parks) secured ISO 27001 certification; no data-privacy breaches occurred. • Anti-corruption efforts included company-wide training and 100% signing of integrity agreements by new employees; no corruption cases were reported.

Supply-Chain & Community Engagement • All new suppliers underwent environmental and social screening; 628 suppliers were assessed with zero significant negative findings. • Re-location of a key supplier is projected to cut single-trip freight distance by 1,438 km, lowering Scope 3 emissions. • Community investment featured scholarships at six Chinese universities and USD 10,000 support to the Rainforest Alliance for global ecological projects.

Looking Ahead Sigenergy is developing medium- and long-term greenhouse-gas reduction targets and expanding Scope 3 accounting to solidify its decarbonisation roadmap. The company will also continue to enhance data quality and disclosure depth in subsequent ESG reports.
