Synagistics Announces Updated Board Structure and Committee Leadership

Synagistics Limited released an announcement dated 6 July 2026 detailing the current composition of its Board of Directors and the leadership of its three governance committees.

The Board now comprises five members: two Executive Directors—Ms. Tai Ho Yan Olive and Mr. Wu Chi Ho John—and three Independent Non-executive Directors—Mr. Selva Bryan Ratnam, Mr. Andrew Chow Heng Cheong and Mr. Siek Wei Ting. Independent directors represent 60% of the total board seats.

Committee assignments are as follows: 1. Audit Committee – Chaired by Mr. Siek Wei Ting with Mr. Andrew Chow Heng Cheong and Mr. Selva Bryan Ratnam serving as members. 2. Remuneration Committee – Chaired by Mr. Andrew Chow Heng Cheong; members include Mr. Wu Chi Ho John, Mr. Selva Bryan Ratnam and Mr. Siek Wei Ting. 3. Nomination Committee – Chaired by Ms. Tai Ho Yan Olive with Mr. Selva Bryan Ratnam, Mr. Andrew Chow Heng Cheong and Mr. Siek Wei Ting as members.
