CAOCAO INC (02643) announced its annual results for the period ending December 31, 2025. The group recorded revenue of 20.19 billion yuan, representing a 37.7% increase compared to the previous year. The loss attributable to the company's owners was 635 million yuan, narrowing by 49.2% year-on-year. The basic loss per share was 1.27 yuan.

In 2025, the company's business achieved steady and robust growth. Its Gross Transaction Value (GTV) rose significantly by 38.2% from 17 billion yuan in 2024 to 23.4 billion yuan in 2025. The average monthly active users grew by 43.9%, increasing from 28.7 million in 2024 to 41.3 million in 2025. Revenue correspondingly increased by 37.7%.

This growth was primarily driven by the company's refined operations in existing cities. By offering relatively standardized and high-quality services through its custom-built vehicles, the company enhanced its market share. Concurrently, the company continued to expand its service coverage to new cities. As of December 31, 2025, its services were available in 195 cities, with 59 new cities added during the year.

Furthermore, leveraging its strong reputation and brand effect, along with continuous optimization of driver and fleet management, the company significantly improved its operational capacity. The average number of monthly active drivers saw a year-on-year increase of 35.4%.
