The inauguration ceremony for the Qichuang AI Digital Technology (Quzhou) OPC Community and the graduation of its first AI short drama training class was held at the Quzhou Human Resources Service Industrial Park on June 3rd.
This community is designed to establish a comprehensive, open digital creative industry platform, rooted in the AI comic drama sector. It will focus on deep cultivation of AIGC intelligent creation, digital cultural innovation, and multimodal technology applications. Leveraging corporate market resources and integrating with the faculty and student advantages of related institutions, the platform aims to merge industry and education. Its goal is to connect the entire chain of talent cultivation, entrepreneurial incubation, and industrial implementation, striving to build a local AI digital cultural and creative industry ecosystem.
During the inauguration ceremony, the Animation and Digital Art School of Zhejiang University of Media and Communications and Chuansi Holding (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. signed a school-enterprise cooperation framework agreement. This agreement focuses on deep collaboration in digital media talent training, content production, and industrial project implementation. Together, the parties inaugurated the Qichuang AI Digital Technology (Quzhou) OPC Community and the AIGC Full-Chain Audio-Visual Industry-Education Collaboration and Integrated Capacity Service Platform.
It was reported that the first AI short drama training class, which just concluded, had 35 participants. The curriculum covered practical content such as AI scriptwriting, intelligent audio-video editing, short drama production, and cultural creative operations. Currently, 16 trainees have already taken up residence within the OPC community. The community will continue to provide comprehensive chain services for its resident members, including project contracting, entrepreneurial incubation, and technical support. These efforts are aimed at translating training outcomes into practical results, broadening employment and entrepreneurship pathways through skills training, and assisting in enhancing the quality and scale of Quzhou's digital cultural and creative industry.
