On October 24, it was reported that Jiangsu Zhangjiagang Rural Commercial Bank has announced that it recently received the "Approval from the Suzhou Financial Supervision Bureau Regarding Yang Chao's Qualification for the Position of Assistant President" (Suzhou Jin Fu [2025] No. 195). The Suzhou Regulatory Bureau of the National Financial Supervision Administration has approved Mr. Yang Chao's qualification for the position of Assistant President at the bank.
