RemeGen Co., Ltd. (RemeGen) released preliminary, unaudited estimates for the six months ended 30 June 2026, signaling a sharp turnaround to profitability driven by strong product sales and a major licensing deal.
Operating revenue is expected to reach RMB5.85 billion, up 433% year on year, representing an increase of RMB4.75 billion compared with RMB1.10 billion in the prior-year period.
Net profit attributable to shareholders is projected at RMB4.70 billion, reversing a net loss of RMB0.45 billion in the first half of 2025. Excluding non-recurring items, core net profit is estimated at RMB4.30 billion, versus a core loss of RMB0.45 billion a year ago.
Management attributes the performance to continued domestic sales growth of the company’s core products—telitacicept and disitamab vedotin—and to an exclusive licensing agreement with AbbVie covering RC148 outside Greater China, which generated substantial technology-licensing revenue.
The figures have not been audited, and final results will be disclosed in the company’s 2026 interim report.
