Millennium Pacific: Issued Share Base Holds at 207.23 Million in June; Public Float Confirmed

Millennium Pacific Group Holdings Limited submitted its monthly return to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 2 July 2026, covering movements in securities for the month ended 30 June 2026. The filing shows no changes to either authorised or issued share capital during the period.

Authorised share capital remained at 625.00 million ordinary shares with a par value of HK$0.016, equating to HK$10.00 million.

Issued share capital was unchanged at 207.23 million ordinary shares, and the company reported zero treasury shares. Millennium Pacific confirmed that it continued to satisfy the minimum 25 % public-float requirement stipulated under GEM Rule 17.37B.

Under the share option scheme adopted on 20 June 2014, 2.52 million options were outstanding as at 30 June 2026 at an exercise price of HK$2.412 per share. No options were exercised, cancelled or lapsed during the month, and no new shares were issued pursuant to the scheme. The outstanding options represent roughly 1.22 % of the current issued share base.

The company reported no warrants, convertible securities, share repurchases or other arrangements that would affect the share capital structure during the month.
