ES Services’ 2025 ESG Report Highlights Low-Carbon Push, Strong Talent Strategy and Zero-Tolerance Governance

ES Services has released its eighth ESG Report, covering operations from 1 January to 31 December 2025 and confirming Board-level supervision of all sustainability matters.

• Governance & Integrity The Board’s ESG Committee led ten routine and special audits plus 11 anti-fraud investigations in 2025, correcting 92 % of identified issues. All 75,000+ participants in 438 anti-corruption training sessions signed integrity pledges, while 100 % of suppliers signed the “Letter of Commitment to Integrity.” No corruption cases or data-privacy breaches were reported.

• Climate & Environment – Total greenhouse-gas emissions from headquarters and regional offices were 341.98 tCO₂e, with Scope 1 at 46.81 t and Scope 2 at 295.17 t. – Total energy use fell 4 % year-on-year to 0.73 million kWh, aided by digital energy-management tools now installed in 855 projects. – The group launched intelligent lighting retrofits that cut basement electricity demand by more than 50 %, and elevator energy-feedback systems saving about 30 % per unit. – The company’s first quantified climate targets call for 1 % annual cuts in GHG, energy, water and waste intensity to 2026; 2025 goals were met in all four categories.

• People & Safety The workforce totalled 22,300 (35.6 % women). All employees are on full-time contracts with 100 % social-insurance coverage; no child or forced labour cases occurred. ES Services provided 383 training-hours worth RMB 3.83 million, averaging 92 hours per employee. Safety remained stable with zero work-related fatalities; 1,627 emergency drills and 465 safety-training sessions were completed.

• Attraction & Retention The “EverPower”, “Sunshine Power Army” and new “Rising Force” schemes brought in 271 graduates. Digital recruitment tools reduced first-month turnover by 40 % and saved 80,700 work-hours.

• Community & Social Impact Through its “Ever Sunshine Star Community” platform the firm served more than 500 elderly residents at 80 sites during Chinese New Year and engaged 6,705 children in a nationwide 21-day “Baby, Run with Passion” health-and-tree-planting campaign that funded 4,000 saplings for the Tengger Desert. Total social-welfare spending reached RMB 2.90 million, with staff volunteering 11,600 hours.

• Financial & Operational Snapshot 2025 revenue grew to RMB 6.87 billion, with profit and total comprehensive income at RMB 550 million; gross floor area under management increased to 252.2 million sq m across 1,524 projects in 100 cities.

ES Services plans to deepen city-level operations, expand non-residential expertise and roll out more digital energy-saving projects while maintaining its 2026 zero-fatality target and 1 % annual resource-intensity cuts.
