Modern Dental Group Limited reported no changes to its share structure for the month ended 31 May 2026, according to its latest Monthly Return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 1 June 2026.

Authorised and Issued Capital • Authorised share capital remained at 3.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.01 each, equivalent to USD 30.00 million. • Issued shares were unchanged at 934.85 million, and the company continued to hold zero treasury shares. • Consequently, total issued share capital was stable at USD 9.35 million (par value basis).

Public Float Compliance Modern Dental affirmed that it complied with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% as at 31 May 2026.

Share Option Scheme Activity • The 2015 share option scheme had 23.25 million outstanding options at month-end, identical to the previous month’s balance. • No options were exercised, no new shares were issued, and no funds were raised in May 2026.

Capital Instruments • The company reported no warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments outstanding or issued during the period. • There were no share repurchases, redemptions, or other movements affecting issued or treasury shares.
