Allegion PLC's stock soared 8.03% in pre-market trading, following the release of its second-quarter financial results.
The security products provider reported adjusted earnings per share of $2.40 for Q2 2026, beating the analyst consensus estimate of $2.22 by 8.11% and representing a 17.6% increase from the same period last year. Revenue rose 12.7% to $1.15 billion, also surpassing expectations of $1.119 billion. The company attributed the strong performance to volume growth and price realization in the Americas region, particularly in non-residential and residential segments, leading to margin expansion.
Allegion raised its full-year 2026 outlook, now expecting reported revenue growth of 7.5%-8.5% and adjusted EPS of $8.85-$9.00, which exceeds the prior analyst estimate of $8.79. The positive results and upgraded guidance drove significant investor optimism in the pre-market session.
