According to Woofun AI, Circle Internet Corp. (CRCL.US) released its financial results for the third quarter of 2026 (July to September), with total revenue equivalent to 137.1 billion yen (approximately $865 million), representing a 17% year-over-year increase.
This result was mainly driven by the average circulating supply of USDC climbing to $73.3 billion (approximately 12 trillion yen, up 8% year-over-year), as well as substantial other income generated by the ARC token pre-sale, which successfully offset the downward pressure from declining reserve investment returns.
Data compiled by Woofun AI shows that although reserve investment returns amounted to $660 million (approximately 104.3 billion yen), down 8% year-over-year, USDC on-chain transaction volume reached $13.9 trillion (approximately 2,203 trillion yen), surging 49% year-over-year.
Net income from business activities came in at $230 million (approximately 35.8 billion yen, up 5% year-over-year), while adjusted EBITDA reached $320 million (approximately 50.2 billion yen), jumping 85% year-over-year.
Notably, the other income segment delivered outstanding performance, totaling $200 million (approximately 32.8 billion yen), soaring 627% year-over-year, with the ARC token pre-sale contributing approximately $180 million (approximately 28.8 billion yen).
At the same time, Circle Internet Corp. (CRCL.US), in order to optimize its organizational structure, recorded $9.15 million (approximately 1.4 billion yen) in business restructuring costs in the current reporting period and reduced its workforce by 5%.
Circle Internet Corp. (CRCL.US) CEO Jeremy Allaire pointed out that institutional adoption of USDC continued to rise in the third quarter, as evidenced by Visa (V.US)'s related initiatives and further cooperation with Binance.
The Arc blockchain mainnet went live in September and has already onboarded more than 100 institutions and ecosystem developers.
With the improvement of infrastructure, Circle Internet Corp. (CRCL.US) is accelerating its transformation from a single stablecoin issuer to a next-generation financial application platform, and the explosive pre-sale revenue from the ARC token signals that its ecosystem commercialization has entered a new phase.
