Hanvey Group (08219) announced that all preconditions set forth in Sale Agreement B have been fulfilled, and the completion of Sale Transaction B was finalized on September 30, 2025. Following the completion of Sale Transaction B, the Group no longer holds any direct or indirect interest in Property B. Property B refers to House No. 20, Jade Crest Garden, No. 3 Kam Sau Garden Road, Yuen Long, New Territories, Hong Kong, with a gross floor area of approximately 2,568 square feet.
