Jumia Technologies shares jumped another 7.5% in overnight trading. Jumia stock gained 4.5% on Tuesday after Craig-Hallum analyst Ryan Sigdahl initiated coverage with a Buy rating and $18 price target.

Navitas Semiconductor shares jumped 6% in overnight trading.

Rezolve AI shares gained another 3.4% in overnight trading. Rezolve AI stock surged 28% on Tuesday after the AI-powered customer engagement company announced it expects December to be its strongest month ever with revenue exceeding $17 million.

Netflix shares rose 1.1% in overnight trading. Warner Bros Discovery's board could announce a decision as early as Wednesday on Paramount Skydance's $108.4 billion takeover bid, with the board likely to advise shareholders to vote against the offer, according to sources familiar with the matter.

The Trump administration is planning an executive order that would limit dividends, buybacks and executive pay for defense contractors that are over-budget and delayed, according to three sources briefed on the order. Defense stocks dropped in overnight trading. Lockheed Martin fell 3%; Northrop Grumman fell 2%; RTX Corp fell 0.9%.

Lennar, one of the nation’s largest home builders, missed earnings estimates for its fourth quarter and issued disappointing guidance, sending shares falling 4% in overnight trading.
