Breton: Chairman Chen Fangming Adds 0.08% Stake, Concerted Holdings Rise to 31.91%

Shanghai-based Breton Technology Co., Ltd. (Breton) disclosed that Chairman, General Manager and Executive Director Chen Fangming acquired 294,000 H-shares during the morning trading session on 15 April 2026. The on-market purchase, funded with personal capital, represents 0.08% of Breton’s total issued share capital.

Immediately after the transaction, Chen holds 118.67 million shares—comprising 57.80 million domestic shares and 60.87 million H-shares—accounting for 30.46% of Breton’s issued share base. Within the respective classes, his ownership equals 41.76% of domestic shares and 24.23% of H-shares.

Chen, together with Executive Directors Yang Hui and Qiu Debo, is party to an Acting-in-Concert Agreement dated 30 December 2025. Following the latest purchase, the concert party collectively controls 124.34 million shares, or 31.91% of total issued shares (41.76% of domestic shares and 26.48% of H-shares).

Since initiating share accumulation on 2 December 2025, Chen has added a cumulative 700,000 H-shares. He reiterated confidence in Breton’s outlook and indicated the possibility of further purchases, subject to regulatory compliance.
