Scholar Education Adds 75,000 Shares to Award Scheme Trust for HK$0.06 Million

Bulletin Express10-23

Scholar Education Group (Scholar Education) reported that the trustee of its share award scheme acquired 75,000 company shares on-market on 23 October 2026. The purchase, executed at an average price of HK$0.77 per share, brought total consideration to approximately HK$0.06 million and represents about 0.011 % of the company’s issued share capital.

Following the transaction, the trustee’s holding rose to 53.00 million shares, equivalent to 7.87 % of the total shares outstanding. These shares are earmarked for future distribution to selected participants in line with the scheme rules.

The board reiterated its view that the current market price materially undervalues Scholar Education’s intrinsic worth and signaled that further purchases may be directed as market conditions and trading prices warrant. Allocation volumes and vesting conditions under the scheme will continue to be determined at the board’s discretion.
