Lianlian DigiTech Co., Ltd. disclosed that it repurchased 95,500 H-shares on 14 October 2026 via on-exchange transactions, paying an aggregate HKD 302,833.05. The repurchase was executed within a price band of HKD 3.155 to HKD 3.20 per share, implying a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 3.17.
Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell 0.0222 % to 430.34 million shares, while treasury stock increased to 41.42 million shares. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 471.76 million units because the repurchased shares are being held in treasury rather than cancelled.
The latest buyback was conducted under the repurchase mandate approved on 5 June 2026, which authorises Lianlian DigiTech to repurchase up to 43.60 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 9.24 million shares, representing 2.12 % of the company’s issued share base at the time the mandate was granted. The company is subject to a 30-day moratorium—until 13 November 2026—on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares following this repurchase.
All regulatory confirmations required under the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Main Board Rules have been provided, including verification that the repurchase was duly authorised by the board and executed in compliance with relevant laws and listing requirements.
