Zhang Yushuai has increased his holdings in Sunshine Pharma (06887), according to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
On July 31, Zhang Yushuai purchased 1.2121 million shares of Sunshine Pharma at a price of HKD 40.63 per share, with a total transaction value of approximately HKD 49.2476 million.
Following the transaction, Zhang Yushuai's latest shareholding number reached approximately 130 million shares, representing a 40.34% stake in the company.
