Continental Aerospace Technologies: J.P. Morgan Issues Derivatives on 8.00 Million Shares Ahead of Proposed Delisting

Continental Aerospace Technologies Holding Limited (CON AERO TECH) disclosed that J.P. Morgan Securities PLC executed two derivative issuances linked to the company’s shares on 24 August 2026, as required under Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers.

The transactions comprise: • 500,000 reference shares at a reference price of USD 0.4656 each, generating consideration of USD 0.23 million. • 7.50 million reference shares at the same reference price, generating consideration of USD 3.49 million.

Total consideration for the day amounted to USD 3.72 million, covering 8.00 million reference shares. Both derivatives carry a maturity date of 20 July 2027.

Following these dealings, J.P. Morgan Securities PLC’s resultant balance related to Continental Aerospace Technologies reached 411.80 million shares. The firm is classified as a Class (5) associate connected with the offeror in Continental Aerospace Technologies’ proposed delisting and confirmed that the trades were made for its own account. J.P. Morgan Securities PLC is ultimately owned by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
