From an investment perspective, robust demand for Ethernet switches and high-speed optical modules in AI infrastructure construction, coupled with the expanding application of optical interconnection technology in AI scale-up networks, is driving increased demand for optical chips. Within AI computing clusters, EML chips are demonstrating heightened value. Additionally, high technical barriers and complex optical components in EML technology, along with extended equipment production and process debugging cycles, are contributing to current supply constraints.

The latter has a relatively larger scale with 739 million shares outstanding and a midday trading value of 56.3308 million yuan. Both ETFs track the SSE STAR Market Chip Design Theme Index, which also includes funds such as the科创芯片设计ETF广发 (589210).
